One of the most typical dishes of the capital of Spain is the Cocido Madrileño, which is made of delicious broth and stew. In fact, until March 31st it can be enjoyed in many differents restaurants as the ‘Cocido Madrileño Tour’ gathers the best recipes of the city to become a great Madrid attraction for those who love gastronomy and local cuisine.
The Cocido Madrileño, includes chicken, chickpeas, potatoes, carrots and other vegetables, and is a very good dish for winter. In total, 26 restaurants of all kinds will show their special way to cook this food. Customers will be able to rate the dish and participate in a giveaway.
