1. Visit Retiro Park
Retiro Park is one of Madrid’s most popular parks, and for good reason. It’s a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and let the kids run around and burn off some energy. The park is home to a large lake where you can rent boats and paddle around, as well as several playgrounds, a rose garden, and plenty of shady spots for picnicking. Don’t miss the Crystal Palace, a stunning glass building that’s used for exhibitions and events.
