20131112094303If you want to enjoy a different experience, add the Terracotta Army exhibition to your Madrid tour. Arriving in the capital of Spain after being shown in several European cities, the most popular warriors of the world, come from Xian city (China).

These warriors made of terracotta in  real scale were found in Xian surroundings, inside the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huan, Eemperor (210 b.C.). Totalling more than 7,000 figures of men and horses, this speaks clearly about the magnificence of that civilization. During this exhibition, visitors will see 150 copies and hear audiovisual material that will explain them.

This exhibition will be on stage until March 2, 2014 in the Fernando Fernán Gómez Theatre, a cultural centre located in Plaza de Colon underground. General price for adults is 8 euro. The options to get there are: Metro (Colon Station, Line 4), train (Recoletos Station) and bus (many lines pass by Plaza de Colon, Paseo de Recoletos and Paseo de la Castellana).
